Her Excellency Shihana Alazzaz serves as the chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) and is an advisor at the Royal Court. Before SAIP, she served as Deputy Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers. She held senior roles at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), including Head of Transactions in its Legal Affairs Department and later General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors.
Alazzaz holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from the University of Durham in England and has received training at several universities and institutes, including INSEAD in France, IMD in Switzerland, and Bocconi University in Italy.
