Samar Ragab is the Head of Business Intelligence at the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi, where she leads the development and delivery of data analytics, insights, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making across the organization. Prior to that, she was the Director of the Business Intelligence Department at the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi.
Over the years, she has built expertise in analytics and data transformation through roles spanning financial and business analysis, turning complex datasets into actionable insights to drive performance and operational improvements. With over two decades of experience in data and analytics, she is passionate about using it to solve business challenges and enhance organizational impact.
Ragab has an exceptional academic background spanning finance, management, and analytics. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance and MIS) from the American University of Sharjah. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), completing all three levels consecutively through the CFA Institute.
