Deemah Al Yahya is a Saudi tech diplomat and global digital economy expert serving as the Founding Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), an intergovernmental body fostering international cooperation for an inclusive and sustainable digital economy. She is the first Saudi woman to lead an international organization in this role.
Deemah began her career as a software engineer and has held leadership positions at Microsoft, the Misk Foundation, and Saudi Arabia’s National Digitization Unit, driving innovation and tech community growth across the Middle East.
She founded Women Spark, a women’s angel investment network, and champions digital inclusion and multistakeholder collaboration worldwide.
