An experienced practitioner, Nasreen Alissa established her own legal firm in 2018, providing expertise across corporate, commercial, information technology, and intellectual property law. Besides leading The Law Firm of Nasreen Alissa, she also works as a Partner at Trowers & Hamlins.
Widely recognised for her strategic legal advice to domestic and international clients, Alissa has been involved in numerous high-profile cross-border M&A transactions, advising multinational corporations, investment firms, and government entities. Before venturing out, she worked as an attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in association with The Law Firm of Salah Al-Hejailan.
She also founded and developed KnowYourRights, a mobile app in KSA and the region designed to empower Saudi women and offer free guidance on family law issues.
