With over 15 years of experience, Mashael Al-Hammadi is a leading name in the information technology (IT) and e-government sectors. As Assistant Undersecretary for Digital Government Affairs at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, she is orchestrating initiatives that seamlessly integrate technology into public services, fostering nationwide innovation and efficiency.
She brings a comprehensive understanding of information technology strategy, business, local culture, emerging technical trends, and organizational change, shaped by her experience with the Ministry of Transport & Communications and the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
Al-Hammadi is a graduate of the prestigious Qatar Leadership Program 2015 and HEC–CTO Program 2019. She holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Arabian Academy for Science, Technology and Marine Studies and an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
