With ten years of expertise in strategic technology, Eng. Isha Aljasmi focuses on fostering innovation and modernization within government services. Currently, she serves as the Chief Consultant for Technology & Customs Development at Dubai Customs, spearheading the department’s efforts to integrate AI, blockchain, and next-generation platforms to elevate operational efficiency and ensure future-readiness. Focused on delivering high-impact technology consultancy, she works closely with the Director General to transform visions into actionable, digital initiatives. 

With a proficiency in strategic leadership, emerging technologies, and technical consultancy, Aljasmi is enabling Dubai Customs’ transformation and innovation goals. Before Dubai Customs, she served as the IT Head at the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure and was the Acting IT Director at the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.

She has completed the prestigious UAE Artificial Intelligence Program at the University of Oxford, sharpening her expertise at the intersection of AI innovation and strategic leadership.
