Hessa Almatrooshi is an experienced cybersecurity leader and Team Leader of Information Security at the Ajman Free Zone Authority, where she drives cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and digital resilience for the authority’s operations.
She brings over 13 years of expertise in information security and technology and is a board member of WiCSME, empowering women in the tech sector. Hessa is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and advancing cybersecurity practices across public and private sectors.
She holds a master’s degree in innovation and change management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and bachelor’s degree in information network and security from Zayed University.
