For close to a decade, Her Excellency Dr Ohoud Shehail has served as Director General of the Department of Digital Ajman (DDA). She is focused on integrating strategic security measures to safeguard digital frontiers and enhance customer service in the UAE. She also serves as a board member for Air Arabia. Before DDA, H.E. served tenures with Ajman E-gov, Sharjah eGovernment, and the Government of Sharjah (E-gov).
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah and a Doctor of Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University.
