Naima Al Falasi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio strategy and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of AI Strategy & Transformation at Mubadala. 

She previously served as the Strategy Execution lead in the Office of Strategic Affairs at Abu Dhabi Global Market. She also founded and managed Cristal Internet Group, an early innovator in Algeria’s consumer e-commerce industry. Her earlier roles include Business Project Manager at BNP Paribas and Service Delivery Manager at Atos Origin.

Her academic credentials include an Executive Master’s from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from SUPINFO.
