Naeema Ahli joined the Dubai Women Establishment two years after its inception in 2006. Today, she leads the organization as the CEO, tasked with striking strategic partnerships and ideating innovative initiatives to empower Emirati women by enhancing their professional and leadership capabilities. The idea is to increase their active contribution to national progress and shape Dubai’s socio-economic development.
In 2024, DWE partnered with the Dubai Police on joint training and development initiatives. Under her leadership, DWE’s subsidiaries, including Dubai Ladies Club and The Cultural Office, continue to expand the emirate’s social and creative infrastructure for women.
