With over 13 years in government services, data management, analytics, and project management, Her Excellency Nadia Ali Al Thaibani serves as the Executive Director of the Government Common Digital Platform, GovDigital, at the Department of Government Enablement, Abu Dhabi. Before DGE, she was associated with Abu Dhabi Digital Authority and Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre.
Having led numerous cross-government projects and programs, she believes that collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective leadership are essential for building efficient teams. She considers empathy a vital virtue in organizations, where appreciation should extend beyond perfect performance to include pushing boundaries and fostering experimentation.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in geographic information systems and a master’s in GIS & remote sensing from the United Arab Emirates University.
