Dr Majeda Al Marzooqi is an accomplished IT leader and Group Director of IT Service Delivery & Operations at EDGE Group, where she oversees enterprise IT service performance and operations.

With over 17 years of experience in digital services, smart applications, and technology management, she has held key roles across the UAE public and private sectors, including Head of Business Applications at Louvre Abu Dhabi and multiple leadership positions at the Department of Transport, Abu Dhabi, spanning smart services, application development, technical support, and operations. 

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration and Management with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Disaster Response, and Management from Anglia Ruskin University. She also earned an Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) from Zayed University, strengthening her expertise in governance and public-sector leadership.
