Khadija Bin Braik is a senior regulatory leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Director of Technical Regulation at the Department of Energy, Abu Dhabi, where she oversees technical standards and regulatory compliance frameworks for the emirate’s energy industry. Previously, she has held leadership roles in water pricing and tariffs within the same department, shaping policy and market structures to support sustainable resource management.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northeastern University. She then advanced her expertise with a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Southern Methodist University, further equipping her with knowledge of environmental systems and sustainable practices.
