Rajesh Chavan has been leading technology strategy and digital transformation at Avenue E-Commerce Ltd, the digital arm of Avenue Supermarts (DMart), since October 2018.

Chavan holds a BE in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bharati Vidyapeeth. With over 22 years of experience, Chavan has built expertise in e-commerce, retail technology, and large-scale digital platforms, previously serving as senior director of technology at Publicis Sapient and Practice Manager at Wipro.

At DMart, he has overseen the revamp of digital channels, enterprise platform rollouts for warehouse and last-mile delivery, SAP enhancements, and infrastructure modernization.

Chavan is recognized for establishing omnichannel commerce platforms, driving innovation in customer experience, and leading high-performing technology teams across global retail, telecom, and consulting sectors.
