Kanika Garg is Chief Operating Officer at Future Generali India Insurance. Garg is known for spearheading digital transformation across India’s financial services ecosystem. She has held senior leadership roles including COO and Group CDO at the Jio BlackRock JV.

Previously, as CPO at Tata Motor Finance, she launched customer-centric digital products and built high-performance teams. Her experience also spans Principal Financial Group and Airtel, where she led AI/ML-powered innovation and digital strategy.

Kanika began her career at IBM, leading large-scale digital initiatives. An alumna of IIM Bangalore, she has been recognized among White Page Asia’s Power Women for her leadership in tech and digital innovation.
