Selvaraj, who was appointed CDO this February, has over 27 years of global experience in digital transformation, AI, cloud computing, IoT, machine learning, blockchain, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record across industries and continents.

With a doctorate in artificial intelligence (AI) from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Selvaraj has completed the Advanced Management Program, IIM Bangalore, and an MBA in Marketing, Jaipur National University.

He leads digital, IT, and cybersecurity strategy for India’s largest private power transmission and distribution company, driving smart metering, energy trading, cooling solutions, and EV charging at Adani Energy Solutions. Earlier, he was CDO at Adani Total Gas (2021–25), where he led digital transformation, technology, and cybersecurity across city gas, e-mobility, and biogas businesses, and played a key role in developing the Adani Super App and Adani Industry Cloud.
