Jyothirlatha B. is the CTO of Godrej Capital, where she leads digital strategy and transformation. With nearly 30 years in financial services technology, she has helped shape the company’s identity as a digital-first, cloud-native lender.
Her major contributions include implementing generative AI for credit assessment, launching the AI-driven SAKSHAM platform, and embedding scalable cloud and cybersecurity frameworks for seamless service delivery.
Before joining Godrej Capital in 2019, she served as CTO at DHFL, led technology for Vodafone’s m-pesa, and headed operations tech at ICICI Bank. A graduate of JNTU and VJTI, she continues to drive innovation in digital lending.
