GITEX Global, one of the world’s largest technology event, returns for its 44th edition this October. This year, the event will spotlight cutting-edge innovations, attract leading figures in tech investment, foster collaboration, and create opportunities for substantial investments in the technology sector.
Aligned with Dubai’s ambition to become a haven for tech startups, the organizers have introduced GITEX Editions, a dedicated platform aimed at accelerating the growth trajectory of high-potential companies by providing them with strategic guidance and access to a global audience.
The inaugural speaker lineup features eight fast-rising startups from eight countries, including Fabrizio del Maffeo, Co-Founder, CEO, and Board Member of Axelera AI (Netherlands), Dr. Alexander Zhavoronkov, Founder and CEO of InSilico Medicine (Hong Kong), Dr. Mazen Rizk, Founder and CEO of Infinite Roots (Germany), Dr. Joseph Fitzsimons, Founder and CEO of Horizon Quantum Computing (Singapore), Dr. Sunghyun Park, Founder and CEO of Rebellions (South Korea), Svilen Rangelov, Co-Founder and CEO of Dronamics (UK), Emilio Scervo, Chief Technology Officer and Board Member of Bugatti-Rimac (Croatia), and Philippe Notton, Founder and CEO of SiPearl (France).
This year’s program also features real-life cybersecurity case studies, live AI-powered hacks, and high-profile speakers like Chenxi Wang, Managing General Partner of Fortune 500 fund Rain Capital, and Ekaterina Serban, Vice President of Privacy and Information Security at Bosch. Wang will discuss the surge in cybersecurity investments and M&A activity, while Serban will participate in a panel on effective strategies for corporate board engagement in cybersecurity adoption.
First-time speakers include Michael Spranger, President of Sony AI Inc.; Chris Duffey, futurist and Head of GenStudio at Adobe; and Isabell Gradert, VP of Central Research and Technology at Airbus.
The event will take place from October 14–18 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. GITEX Global continues to expand globally, with upcoming editions in Berlin, Singapore, Nigeria, and Morocco.
