Abhinav Sharma has over two decades of experience driving AI-powered automation, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization across global markets. He currently serves as the chief technology officer at Big Language Solutions.

Previously, as the CTO—AI & Automation, CX (Customer Experience) for Cisco APJC, he leads strategic initiatives embedding AI and Machine Learning into IT operations, service management, and enterprise platforms. His leadership includes spearheading the development of an AI-powered Observability Platform and deploying production-grade AI models that significantly improved fault prediction, anomaly detection, and incident resolution across networks.

A strong advocate of LLM integration and fine-tuning methodologies like SFT, PEFT, and RLHF, he has deployed models using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face platforms. His expertise spans OSS/BSS integration, MLOps orchestration, and model pipelines using Transformers, LangChain, Kubeflow, and FAISS/ChromaDB.
