Kunal Dhingra is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as chief technology officer at RBL Bank since 2023. His prior roles include CTO and Global Head of Enterprise IT at LTIMindtree and LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, and Project Manager at Philips. He played a key role at Amazon as IT Manager, where he set up the India IT team and led major infrastructure projects for clients such as Microsoft during his tenure at ITC Infotech.

With rich cross-industry experience, Dhingra has led complex IT initiatives across financial services, consulting, and technology domains. His leadership reflects a consistent focus on innovation, operational agility, and customer-centric IT solutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications from Maharshi Dayanand University and has completed a Senior Management Program at IIM Ahmedabad.
