Navanale has led cross-functional teams to implement scalable IT frameworks and data-driven processes across global businesses. His expertise in transformation and change management has helped enhance productivity and foster sustainable growth.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, he has held key roles at IFFCO Group, Tata Consumer Products, and Hindustan Unilever. Navanale holds a Master’s in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from NITK Surathkal.
