Pedro Amorim is an associate professor of industrial engineering at the University of Porto and a cofounder of LTPlabs. Eduard Calvo is a professor in the Operations, Information and Technology Department at IESE Business School at the University of Navarra. Laura Wagner is an assistant professor in operations management at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics at the Catholic University of Portugal.
