Nitin Bhatt leads EY India’s technology sector practice, bringing more than two decades of global consulting experience across corporate governance, risk management, and performance transformation.
He advises boards and CXOs on navigating the intersection of risk and innovation, enabling digital transformation journeys and driving the adoption of robotic process automation and AI, with a focus on building resilient and agile enterprises.
An IIT (BHU) engineer, Nitin holds an MBA in Finance and a doctorate in Microfinance from the University of Southern California. A Rotary Scholar and Kauffman Fellow, he is also a Fellow of the Warren Bennis Leadership Institute.
