In a move that underscores the growing convergence between quick commerce and on-demand delivery, Saudi Arabia’s Jahez International Company for Information System Technology (Jahez) and regional e-commerce giant noon have announced a strategic partnership that will integrate select services across both platforms.
The collaboration enables Jahez users in Saudi Arabia to directly access noon Minutes, the latter’s rapid delivery service, via a new in-app tile. Customers will be able to shop from a broad range of product categories fulfilled through noon’s network of dark stores in major Saudi cities. Simultaneously, the noon app will now feature Jahez’s extensive food delivery network, offering users access to more than 50,000 restaurants across over 100 cities.
Under the agreement, Jahez will manage delivery and backend operations for both integrations, while each company continues to operate independently.
For Jahez, the partnership marks an important diversification beyond food delivery into the vast quick commerce ecosystem—without the capital-intensive investment typically required for such an expansion. Ghassab Bin Mandeel, CEO of Jahez, described the partnership as “a pivotal step in Jahez’s evolution beyond food delivery,” adding that the integration aligns with the company’s goal of enhancing customer lifestyles while expanding reach across Saudi Arabia.
noon, on the other hand, gains access to Jahez’s deeply entrenched food delivery infrastructure, strengthening its last-mile capabilities and widening its footprint across secondary Saudi cities. Faraz Khalid, CEO of noon, emphasized that the alliance “moves us closer to our mission of serving every customer, every day,” and praised Jahez as a “much-loved Saudi company that shares our values of speed, quality, and trust.”
By combining Jahez’s local logistics network with noon’s scale in e-commerce, both firms aim to expand their total addressable market, drive higher order frequency, and enhance customer retention. Analysts say the partnership reflects a larger regional trend toward platform interoperability, where companies leverage shared ecosystems to deepen engagement and optimize operational costs.
The rollout will occur in stages — with noon Minutes integrated into the Jahez app by November 2025, followed by the Jahez integration within noon’s app in December 2025.
The partnership arrives as Saudi Arabia’s digital economy experiences rapid acceleration, driven by rising consumer expectations for speed, convenience, and reliability. Quick commerce in the Kingdom is projected to grow sharply in the next few years, fueled by urban density, mobile-first consumption, and government incentives to digitize retail and logistics.
