For business leaders navigating digital transformation in the region, success increasingly depends on seamlessly connecting data, processes, and decision-making across fragmented IT landscapes.
In response to this demand, DXC Technology, a global Fortune 500 IT services leader, has entered into a strategic partnership with Boomi, an AI-driven automation platform. Together, the two firms aim to reshape how enterprises automate, integrate, and scale operations using AI, while accelerating application modernization and enabling the rise of agentic systems.
“Many enterprises today are overwhelmed by disconnected systems and technical debt, facing immense pressure to modernize while ensuring security, continuity and compliance,” said T.R. Newcomb, Chief Revenue Officer at DXC Technology. “We’re thrilled to partner with Boomi to help our customers accelerate their transformations, delivering seamless integration and AI agent management that positions them for success with agentic AI.”
Steve Lucas, Chairman and CEO of Boomi, underscored the immediacy of this evolution: “Agentic transformation isn’t a future trend — it’s an enterprise imperative. Together with DXC, Boomi is helping customers replace outdated architectures with intelligent, agent-driven infrastructure that’s faster to build, easier to govern, and ready for whatever’s next. This partnership gives enterprises a direct path to modernization, automation, and long-term AI readiness.”
Application Modernization
The partnership is focused on delivering enterprise value across three key dimensions:
- Application Modernization: DXC will lead the implementation of cloud-native integration solutions that replace outdated middleware. Through joint go-to-market initiatives, DXC and Boomi will co-develop reusable assets that help enterprises modernize faster and more effectively.
- AI-Powered Migration and Data Readiness: By combining Boomi’s AI automation platform with DXC’s engineering expertise, the partnership will help clients connect core systems—from logistics to finance—enhancing efficiency and enabling faster, data-informed decision-making.
- Agentic Transformation with Boomi Agentstudio: DXC will integrate Boomi’s Agentstudio across enterprise environments, orchestrating AI agents securely and intelligently to operate at scale.
Establishment of Joint Center of Excellence
To reinforce the partnership’s impact, the two companies will establish a Boomi Center of Excellence (COE) within DXC. The COE will act as a central hub for delivery and innovation, providing proven implementation models, reusable solutions, and field support to ensure consistent success across regions and industries.
“The strategic partnership between Boomi and DXC isn’t just about connecting systems — it’s about reimagining how businesses run in an AI-first world,” said Dan McAllister, SVP of Global Alliances at Boomi. “Together, we’re collapsing complexity and accelerating transformation at the core of the enterprise.”
