Chiara Marcati, the Chief AI Advisory and Business Officer at AI71, leads the design and scale-up of AI solutions that rewire decision-making across industries. She is passionate about transforming how people and organizations operate by applying technology to improve lives and livelihoods and harnessing the power of data-driven intelligence. Marcati’s work spans change management, capacity building, and embedding AI into core business processes to unlock long-term value.
Before joining AI71, she spent 20 years as a Partner at McKinsey & Company. There, she advised leading private—and public-sector institutions on big data, AI, and expenditure optimization and led QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s specialized AI arm, across the EEMA region.
