Sharad Sharma is co-founder of iSPIRT Foundation, the think tank behind landmark digital public goods such as India Stack and Health Stack. With over three decades of experience, he has worked across the Internet, enterprise software, and digital infrastructure markets.
He earlier co-founded Teltier Technologies, a wireless infrastructure startup later acquired by Cisco, and held senior R&D leadership roles at Yahoo, Symantec, Lucent, and AT&T.
Sharad also serves on the National Startup Advisory Council, SEBI’s Regulatory Tech Committee, and chairs the T20 Digital Public Infrastructure task force under the G20, giving him a central role in policy and innovation.
